Job summary

Digest is seeking an experienced Lead Developer in Warsaw, Poland, to manage a product team focusing on B2B financial data solutions. This role involves both hands-on development and leadership responsibilities, ensuring code quality, and mentoring team members.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in F# programming language or familiarity with functional programming concepts.
• Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Solid understanding of microservices and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Proficient in both unit tests and integration tests.
• Ability to implement monitoring setups using Grafana and Prometheus.
• Experience with observability stack (ELK).
• Familiarity with using Copilot to accelerate development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development team, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
• Define and apply development standards and guidelines with tech leads.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align development efforts with business needs.
• Mentor and coach developers to enhance their technical skills.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify innovation opportunities.
• Participate in HR cycles and conduct regular progress meetings with developers.
