Kramp is seeking an experienced Lead Graphic Designer to lead and support a five‑person Poland design team. This hands‑on leadership role blends design excellence with people leadership.

You will translate brand priorities into high‑quality work across markets, guide the team, collaborate with the Global Brand & Design Manager and Traffic Manager, and stay hands‑on on key projects while exploring new design technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong professional graphic design experience with an excellent portfolio.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and typography, layout, visual hierarchy, imagery and brand identity.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop creative professionals while maintaining high standards and accountability.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills for multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English with confidence presenting to international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day creative direction and support development of the design team.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Lead Graphic Designer to lead and support our team of five Graphic Designers based in Poland.

This is a hands‑on creative leadership role, combining strong design skills with the ability to guide, organise and motivate a busy creative team. Working closely with the Global Brand & Design Manager and Traffic Manager, you will help translate brand and business priorities into high‑quality creative work across multiple markets, channels and touchpoints.

The right person will be a strong designer, but equally important will be their ability to communicate clearly, stay organised, support people and remain calm under pressure.

Your role

As a Lead Graphic Designer, you will provide day‑to‑day creative direction while supporting the development of the design team and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality creative work.

Your specific tasks include

• Providing creative direction, guidance and constructive feedback to the design team while maintaining a consistently high creative standard.
• Leading, supporting and developing a team of five Graphic Designers, helping them build confidence, capability and ownership.
• Working closely with the Traffic Manager to coordinate priorities, capacity, deadlines and incoming work across the team.
• Acting as the key creative connection between the Poland design team and the Global Brand & Design Manager, while building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Remaining hands‑on and contributing directly to important creative projects while exploring new developments in design, AI and creative technology.

Your team

You will join our international Brand & Design Team and report to the Global Brand & Design Manager.

• You will lead a team of 5 Graphic Designers based in Poland.
• The team is responsible for delivering creative assets across digital and physical channels while supporting multiple markets across Europe.
• We work together to deliver high-quality creative work, continuously improve, and support each other's growth.
• The team collaborates internationally with colleagues in Marketing, Digital and local market teams across the business.

For This Role, We Have a Few Key Requirements

• Strong professional graphic design experience with an excellent portfolio and previous experience as a Lead Designer, Senior Designer or similar.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, imagery and brand identity.
• The ability to coach, motivate and develop creative professionals while maintaining high standards and accountability.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with confidence communicating and presenting ideas to international stakeholders.
