Job summary

Kramp is seeking an experienced Lead Graphic Designer to lead and support a five‑person Poland design team. This hands‑on leadership role blends design excellence with people leadership.

You will translate brand priorities into high‑quality work across markets, guide the team, collaborate with the Global Brand & Design Manager and Traffic Manager, and stay hands‑on on key projects while exploring new design technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong professional graphic design experience with an excellent portfolio.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and typography, layout, visual hierarchy, imagery and brand identity.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop creative professionals while maintaining high standards and accountability.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills for multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English with confidence presenting to international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day creative direction and support development of the design team.
• Lead and develop a team of five designers to build confidence and ownership.
• Coordinate priorities, capacity, deadlines, and incoming work with Traffic Manager.
• Act as the key creative link between Poland team and Global Brand & Design Manager; manage stakeholder relationships.
• Remain hands-on on important projects while exploring new developments in design and AI.
