Job summary

Kramp seeks a Lead Graphic Designer to provide day-to-day creative direction and to develop the design team. You will coordinate priorities with the Traffic Manager and connect the Poland team with the Global Brand & Design Manager, while contributing hands-on to key projects.

Fluent English and a strong portfolio are essential as you lead five designers across Europe, shaping brand identity and visual storytelling across channels.

Qualifications

• Strong professional graphic design experience with an excellent portfolio.
• Experience as a Lead Designer, Senior Designer or similar.
• Advanced knowledge of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, imagery and brand identity.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop creative professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide creative direction, guidance and constructive feedback to the design team while maintaining a high creative standard.
• Lead and develop a team of five Graphic Designers in Poland, building confidence, capability and ownership.
• Coordinate priorities, capacity, deadlines and incoming work with the Traffic Manager.
• Act as the key creative connection between the Poland design team and the Global Brand & Design Manager, building relationships with stakeholders.
• Remain hands-on and contribute to important creative projects while exploring new developments in design, AI and creative technology.
