Job summary

Jacobs is expanding its Global Design Center in Krakłow to meet evolving process needs and growing recruitment in graphic design. The CSS team seeks talented designers to co-create engaging visual communication with a global reach.

Requirements include a Master’s or Bachelor’s in graphic design, 3+ years of experience, and advanced English. Role offers hybrid work in a globally connected infrastructure investment environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
• At least 3 years of graphic design experience, including preparation of text documents using InDesign.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative tools (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Advanced English skills.
• Previous work experience in engineering industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing graphic design technical support using Adobe tools.
• Creating graphics and elements for brochures, presentations, reports, proposals and marketing materials.
• Cooperating with sales and project teams.
• Coordinating graphics production.
• Following branding guidelines and methodologies.
• Assisting less experienced team members with technology use.

We are currently expanding our Global Design Center in Krakłow to meet evolving process needs and increasing recruitment demand. The CSS team — the creative team — is seeking talented and experienced Graphic Designers who want to co‒create engaging visual communication and deliver projects with a global reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing graphic design technical support using Adobe tools.
• Creating graphics and elements for comprehensive documents, such as brochures, presentations, project reports, proposals and marketing materials.
• Cooperating with sales and project teams.
• Coordinating graphics production.
• Following approved graphic design methods and branding guidelines.
• Assisting less experienced team members in using technology.
• May suggest alternative design methods and best practices;

Here’s what you’ll need
