Job summary

Protective Industrial Products in Katowice (Poland) seeks a Lead Customer Experience Specialist (Fr/En) on a permanent, hybrid basis. You will manage end-to-end order-to-cash activities, support Sales, and improve customer loyalty across assigned accounts.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, issue resolution, and revenue growth. The position requires 5+ years in customer support or related fields, strong CRM/ERP knowledge, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Business fluent in written and spoken English and French.
• 5+ years in Customer Support / order to cash related experience.
• Strong knowledge of CRM/ERP system business processes.
• High level of MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Pre-Order Entry: gather info, update customer records, handle special requirements.
• Order Entry: validate POs, resolve roadblocks, schedule orders.
• Customer Growth & Commercial Support: assist sales, identify loyalty opportunities, drive revenue.
• Claims management: resolve disputes, report issues, process corrections.
• Liaise with ISC, Logistics, Finance and Sales to maximize revenue.
