Job summary

Newpage Solutions is a global digital health innovation company driving AI and data-driven solutions for pharma, biotech and healthcare leaders. We seek a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer who unites consulting, product ownership, and engineering in production deployments.

You will translate vague, high-stakes problems into concrete programmes, ship end-to-end solutions, and own outcomes within client organizations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building production software with AI / agentic approaches.
• Strong Python or TypeScript with OOP, SOLID and 12-factor design.
• Experience delivering end-to-end products with client-facing impact.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and frame problems for client engagements.
• Define roadmaps, PRDs, acceptance criteria, and outcome metrics.
• Build production-grade AI-enabled systems and deploy to production environments.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to accelerators and reusable assets.
