Job summary

Skyways Technics Poland seeks an experienced Composite Shop Supervisor to lead daily composite repair activities in the component workshop. You will plan workloads, supervise technicians, monitor progress, and ensure repairs follow maintenance data, CMM, SRM, and Part-145 requirements.

You will maintain a hands-on leadership presence on the shop floor, provide technical coaching, enable on-time production, and drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of practical experience in aircraft composite repair within an aviation maintenance or aircraft component repair environment.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory, team leader, or senior technician experience in a composite repair workshop.
• Hands-on experience repairing aircraft composite components, flight controls and structural assemblies.
• Experience with CMM, SRM, technical drawings, Engineering Orders and OEM repair documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the Composite Workshop.
• Plan, prioritize, and allocate work to technicians based on production priorities and resources.
• Monitor repair progress against turnaround times and workshop targets.
• Maintain shop floor leadership, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
• Ensure repairs comply with maintenance data, CMM, SRM, EASA Part-145 and company procedures.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance during complex repairs.
• Coordinate with Technical Services on damage assessments and repair approvals.
• Ensure training and competency development for technicians.
