Job summary

Dar, the founding member of the Sidara group, is seeking a detail-oriented Landscape BIM specialist to oversee the development and maintenance of Landscape BIM models, perform clash detection, and enforce BIM standards across projects.

You will coordinate with project stakeholders, drive BIM best practices, and support the BIM Manager with coordination, model health checks, and documentation to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture, civil engineering, landscape architecture, or related field.
• Proficiency in BIM tools: Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Rhino, Grasshopper.
• Extensive experience in BIM modelling and coordination across multiple disciplines.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Landscape BIM specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the development and maintenance of Landscape BIM models, perform clash detection to resolve design conflicts, and enforce adherence to project-specific BIM standards. As the central point of contact for all BIM-related activities, you will be responsible to coordinate with various project stakeholders, and drive the implementation of BIM best practices within our organization as well to maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks), excellent organizational skills, and a passion for driving efficiency in digital construction processes.

• Conduct regular model health checks for the Landscape discipline
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and protocols Collaboration and Communication
• Escalate any deliverables issue with BIM manager or BIM Lead
• Conduct regular coordination meetings to communicate updates and resolve issues Training and Support.
• Provide technical support for BIM software applications (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
• Train team members on best practices for BIM workflows and tools.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in relevant BIM tools and platforms (Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Rhino, Grasshopper, etc.).
• Extensive years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination using tools like Revit, Navisworks, or similar software.
• Practical experience in coordinating BIM processes across multiple disciplines within construction projects.
• Familiarity with BIM standards such as ISO 19650 or CIC guidelines and experience implementing them in projects.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage workflows and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
