Air Liquide Engineering & Construction is seeking a Senior BIM/3D Coordination Engineer to own interdisciplinary 3D model management from FEED to EPC, ensuring model consistency and driving digital collaboration in line with the company’s BIM strategy.
Based in Kraków, the role requires at least 5 years of BIM coordination in EPC, strong Navisworks skills, and English proficiency. You will collaborate with engineering teams, project management, site teams, clients, and vendors.

As a Senior BIM/3D Coordination Engineer, you will take ownership and lead the interdisciplinary 3D model management throughout the entire project lifecycle—from FEED to EPC. Your primary goal is to ensure model consistency, optimize design through early clash detection, and drive digital collaboration in alignment with Air Liquide’s BIM and digital transformation objectives.
You will work closely with internal engineering disciplines, project management, and site teams, as well as external clients, and vendors.
