Job summary

Cundall in Warsaw seeks a Building Services BIM Technician to produce coordinated BIM models and drawings for multiple design stages. You will develop 3D BIM models using Revit and may use other digital engineering tools to support design.

You will work with engineers and BIM specialists and communicate in Polish and English. Applicants should have an HNC/HND or equivalent, strong Revit experience, and familiarity with ISO 19650 standards; Navisworks and Forma experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Accredited with HNC/HND or equivalent in engineering or BIM.
• Experience using Revit on building projects.
• Knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650 or similar BIM standards.
• Ability to plan workload and communicate with engineers and BIM specialists.
• Navisworks and Forma experience is a plus.
• Fluent Polish and English communication.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Building Services BIM Technician to join our team at our office in Warsaw to produce coordinated BIM Models & drawings for all stages of design for a wide range of exciting buildings.

As part of our established team of expert engineers and technicians, and working closely with colleagues of various disciplines, you will develop coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit software. Additionally, you will have opportunities to use a variety of other digital engineering tools and software to support the design processes.

The Skills

Having already been accredited with a relevant HNC/HND (or equivalent) and worked on projects delivered in accordance with BS EN ISO 19650 standards (or equivalent international BIM frameworks); you will have gained strong practical experience of using Revit in a similar building based role, you will be adept at planning and organising your workload and communicating effectively with engineering and BIM specialists. You will have sound knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD, proven experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines, and share Cundall’s passion for creative, sustainable and intuitive design. Navisworks and Autodesk Forma experience would be advantageous.

You will need to communicate in Polish and English language.
