Job summary

CD Projekt in Warsaw is seeking a Junior Learning & Development Operations Specialist to join the Learning & Development team on a 1-year contract, supporting the smooth delivery of learning initiatives across the studio.

You will handle the administrative and operational side of L&D, coordinate trainings, work with external vendors, and maintain data and processes to ensure high-quality learning experiences for REDs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in an office, admin, HR, event coordination, or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask with deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Very good command of English (C1).
• Willingness to learn and develop within L&D.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and organizational support to the Learning & Development team.
• Enter, maintain, and update data in L&D trackers and prepare summaries and reports.
• Organize onsite and online trainings, including rooms, catering, and invitations.
• Provide operational support for onboarding and other L&D processes.
• Help organize and streamline L&D documentation and processes for smooth operations.
• Support ongoing L&D projects and collaborate with the team on delivery.
• Cooperate with external vendors and manage contracts and purchase orders.
• Assist with collecting vendor offers and required documentation.
