Job summary

SpotOn in Kraków, Poland, is seeking a Compliance Systems & Data Analyst to lead AI/ML-enhanced KYC/KYB and underwriting workflows. The role focuses on automating identity verification, risk scoring, and monitor­ing compliance through data-driven methods. Collaboration with engineering and product teams is essential.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial services, expertise in fraud/risk, and experience with AI/ML techniques and model validation. Relocation within Poland may be supported.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with AI/ML models in financial services
• 5+ years in financial institutions or payment processors for fraud/compliance
• Experience building in-house solutions with engineering and vendor integrations
• Model validations and rules testing
• Strong SQL reporting capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and management of KYC and underwriting automation
• Develop AI/ML/RPA solutions for identity verification and risk scoring
• Validate models and ensure data governance and ethical AI use
• Integrate new KYC tools with CRM/CLM systems
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Data Services and Product teams
• Monitor KPIs/KRIs and continuously improve compliance workflows
