SymphonyAI Industrial, Inc. is seeking a technically skilled Technical Consultant for our Poznań, Poland hybrid role.

You will support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of AI-powered compliance and financial crime solutions, translating regulatory needs into scalable technical configurations. Key duties include requirements elicitation, effort estimation, workshops, API and deployment discussions, and ensuring successful project delivery across AML, KYC, fraud monitoring,

Formación

• 3-7 years of professional experience with 2-5 years in a comparable role.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with financial crime, AML, KYC, or compliance tech is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Gather requirements and onboard clients onto the FinTech platform.
• Provide accurate effort estimates and contribute to delivery planning.
• Lead client workshops to align on solution design and drive delivery.
• Translate functional and regulatory requirements into technical specs.
• Collaborate with Architects and Engineering to design scalable solutions.
• Participate in client-facing technical discussions on architecture and deployment.
• Own delivery of assigned workstreams and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Support SIT, UAT, and OAT with defect identification and resolution.
