Job summary

SpotOn is seeking a Compliance Systems & Data Analyst to lead AI-driven KYC/AML automation and underwriting improvements. You will design and implement AI/ML, OCR, and RPA solutions to streamline identity verification, data handling, and risk scoring across the customer lifecycle.

You will validate models, monitor performance, ensure ethical AI use, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Product to scale compliant processes in a fast-growing fintech environment in Kraków.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AI/ML models within compliance.
• 5+ years in financial/merchant monitoring for fraud or compliance.
• Underwriting and/or KYC experience preferred.
• Experience building in-house solutions with engineering and vendor integrations.

Responsibilities

• Drive Compliance Automation & Optimization across KYC/AML workflows.
• Develop and implement AI/ML/RPA solutions for data extraction, biometric verification, and decisioning.
• Validate models and monitor ethical AI use and data privacy.
• Integrate new KYC tools with CRM/CLM systems to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Operations, Data Services and Product.
