Sii Poland is seeking an experienced AML/KYC Analyst to join our Cracow-based team. You will provide production support for KYC and Client Onboarding, ensuring compliance with AML regulations and delivering excellent customer service.

The role prefers a strong background in financial services, banking, and European markets, with an advanced English level. German is a plus, and remote work opportunities are available.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of AML/KYC experience.
• Strong knowledge of customer due diligence and KYC processes.
• Advanced English proficiency; German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Providing production support for KYC and Client Onboarding teams.
• Ensuring compliance with AML regulations and conducting thorough customer due diligence.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service throughout the onboarding process.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues related to KYC and onboarding.
• Monitoring and analyzing customer data to identify potential risks.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of KYC policies and procedures.
• Staying updated on regulatory changes and best practices in AML/KYC compliance.
