Job summary

Simon-Kucher’s Knowledge Management team in Poland (Warsaw) is seeking a KM enabler to drive the knowledge platform, roadmap, and new functionalities across the business. You will collaborate with IT, stakeholders and vendors to enhance search, navigation, and usability while supporting users.

The role requires KM experience, comfort with SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform, and an interest in AI governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business informatics or knowledge management.
• Experience in knowledge management, with international setting desirable.
• Strong interest in KM process and ability to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the knowledge management platform roadmap and requirements.
• Collaborate with IT service owner and platform vendor to drive improvements.
• Improve search, navigation and usability and train users.
• Identify AI and automation use cases and scale AI workflows.
• Support governance by creating KPI dashboards and monitoring metrics.
• Stay current with KM industry knowledge and security best practices.
• Uphold KM principles and processes.
