Job summary

ALTEN Polska seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer to join an international team responsible for developing and enhancing cloud-based solutions used by internal business stakeholders.

The role is hybrid from Warsaw, requiring 2 days in the office. You will design, build, and maintain full stack applications using Java, Angular, TypeScript, Docker, GitLab, and Azure Cloud, while collaborating with stakeholders and mentoring junior developers.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience building REST APIs and service-oriented applications.
• Practical experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• Experience with Azure Cloud.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and build automation tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a quality-focused mindset.
• Advanced English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain full stack applications.
• Build modern cloud-based solutions using Java, Angular, TypeScript, Docker, GitLab, and Azure Cloud.
• Collaborate closely with team members and internal customers to gather requirements and optimise existing solutions.
• Participate in architecture and technical discussions.
• Drive quality through best development practices and code reviews.
• Support and mentor junior developers.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute innovative ideas to the team.

WHAT YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE?

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join an international team responsible for developing and enhancing cloud-based solutions used by internal business stakeholders.

Hybrid from Warsaw - 2 days per week from the office

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain full stack applications
• Build modern cloud-based solutions using Java, Angular, TypeScript, Docker, GitLab, and Azure Cloud

Requirements:

• Experience with Azure Cloud
• Familiarity with CI/CD and build automation tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and a quality-focused mindset
• Advanced English - at least C1 (international working environment)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with microservices architectures
• Knowledge of GitLab CI/CD
• Experience mentoring developers or supporting less experienced team members
