Your Tasks

• Project management of national and international construction and real estate projects
• Collaboration in teams on complex large‑scale projects with Senior Project Manager, Project Manager and Project Assistance, as well as effective communication with clients during the project. Creating and updating schedules, cost overviews
• Leading meetings with project stakeholders
• Contract and claim management in design and construction
• Coordination of general designer and contractor
• Regular reporting on project status, progress, time, costs, quality, risks, open points
• Support in all project phases of the THOST portfolio
• Document management
