We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager who enjoys navigating complex sales environments, building trusted relationships with enterprise clients and delivering solutions that create measurable business value.
This is a strategic role for a consultative sales professional who is equally passionate about winning new business and growing long-term partnerships.
Challenges at CRIF:
- Driving new business growth by developing your own sales pipeline and achieving sales targets across local and global portfolio of Credit Risk Management, Fraud Prevention, Open Banking, Data & Analytics, AI solutions.
- Navigating complex enterprise sales opportunities to successful outcome.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients while expanding strategic accounts.
- Identifying client needs and delivering tailored, consultative solutions.
- Monitoring market trends and identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, to support commercial activities and contract management.
- Planning, tracking and reporting sales performance.
- Representing the company in the local market, building long-term relationships and strengthening its position among enterprise clients.
- Developing and delivering business cases, facilitating client meetings, workshops and executive presentations.
- Promoting CRIF at industry events, conferences and client meetings.
What we are looking for:
- At least 3 years of experience managing complex sales opportunities involving high-value solutions and long sales cycles.
- A strategic thinker with a highly analytical and critical mindset.
- Strong collaboration skills combined with a high level of autonomy and ownership.
- Proven success in new business acquisition and account growth.
- Skilled at building trusted, long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders and across all levels of client organisation.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Experience working in a global, matrix environment.
- A proactive, self-driven approach with a strong focus on delivering results.
- A university degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Polish and English (minimum B2).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A valid Category B driving license.
- Nice to have: Sales Manager / Key Account Manager in the financial services, banking or technology sector.
