Zohorecruit has a client seeking an experienced Kajabi, CRM & Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to own the client’s Kajabi ecosystem, keep it organized, and ensure marketing systems work together to drive growth for online coaching, courses, and digital products.

The role covers Kajabi management, landing pages, email marketing and automation, CRM and lead journeys, and conversion-focused website optimization.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Kajabi experience and ability to build systems.
• Experience with email marketing and automation workflows.
• Experience with marketing funnels and lead magnets.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience supporting online coaches, educators, or digital products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Kajabi platform and assets.
• Build and update Kajabi landing pages and funnels.
• Create and manage email campaigns and automation.
• Manage CRM, contacts, tags, and customer journeys.
• Support onboarding, pre-sale and post-sale journeys.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to conversions.
• Coordinate with another VA for campaign integration.
