Job summary

customssupport is seeking a junior Trade Operations Specialist in Poland to support daily delivery of trade services across client accounts. You will review documents, process data, and ensure activities are completed on time, with training provided to expand your knowledge of client activities, processes and systems.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured tasks, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and reliability with documents and data.
• Comfort with process-driven, recurring tasks requiring accuracy.
• Good organisational skills to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn new systems.
• Clear written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Review documents and data for completeness, accuracy and consistency.
• Process and maintain information in client systems and trackers.
• Compare information from different sources and follow up on discrepancies.
• Manage requests, monitor progress and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with colleagues, clients and partners to resolve queries.
• Maintain clear records and support operational reporting.
• Follow procedures and escalate issues when required.
• Identify improvements to existing processes.
• Support additional activities across client accounts as priorities evolve.
