Ideal candidates have a college degree in relevant engineering fields and proven field service experience.

Qualifications

College degree or above. Majors in Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electronic Information, Automation Control, or other engineering disciplines are preferred.
Hands-on experience in equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, after-sales service, or field technical support is advantageous.
Willingness to travel frequently within Europe; strong on-site execution and a customer-service mindset.
Fluent English communication with global teams and HQ.

Responsibilities

Complete on-site installation, commissioning, acceptance, and delivery support for client equipment across Europe.
Deliver operator training and basic maintenance training for end users.
Conduct after-sales repair work, fault diagnosis, and on-site technical support.
Report field equipment issues promptly and collaborate with HQ to resolve them.
Support local project delivery, customer service, and other ad-hoc after-sales tasks across Europe.
Assist in identifying customer needs during site visits to generate upgrades, spare parts, or new equipment opportunities.
