Responsibilities

On-site installation, commissioning, acceptance, and delivery support for client equipment across Europe.
Deliver operation training and basic maintenance guidance to end customers.
Conduct after-sales repair work, fault diagnosis, and on-site technical support.
Report field equipment issues and coordinate with global teams to resolve them.
Support local project delivery and after-sales tasks across Europe.
Occasionally perform sales activities by identifying customer needs during site visits for upgrades or new equipment.
