Job summary

Huntsman in Poland is seeking a Process Improvement and System Expert to join the Supply Chain Excellence, Compliance and Projects team. The role combines process improvement, systems expertise, training coordination, reporting support, and project participation across EMEA Order-to-Cash and business systems.

Fixed-term maternity cover for 18 months reporting to the EAME Process and Project Manager. You will drive standardization, act as SAP O2C SME, support governance, and lead training

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Order-to-Cash, or Supply Chain
• Experience with end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes is required
• Experience with process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives is required
• Experience working with SAP is required
• Advanced Excel and strong MS Office skills
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Project participation, project management, or system implementation exposure is a strong plus
• Knowledge management, training coordination, or onboarding experience
• Fluent English communication skills
• Power BI experience (nice to have)
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Driving process standardization, continuous improvement, and digital transformation initiatives across the EAME Supply Chain organization.
• Acting as the subject matter expert for Order-to-Cash processes, SAP systems, reporting tools, and related business applications.
• Leading cross-functional projects from concept to implementation, ensuring delivery of business objectives, stakeholder alignment, and measurable benefits.
• Developing and delivering training programs, documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen organizational capabilities.
• Analyzing business processes and operational data to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and improved customer experience.
• Partnering with IT, SAP BPO, Compliance, and global process owners to implement system enhancements, ensure governance, and support business continuity.
• Supporting audit, compliance, master data governance, and reporting activities while promoting operational excellence across the organization.

Role Overview:

Join the Supply Chain Excellence, Compliance and Projects team and help drive operational excellence across customer service and supply chain processes. This role combines process improvement, systems expertise, training coordination, reporting support, and project participation. You will work closely with regional stakeholders across EMEA while supporting Order-to-Cash processes and business systems. The position plays a key role in ongoing transformation initiatives, continuous improvement projects, and knowledge management activities. This is an 18-month fixed-term maternity cover position reporting directly to the EAME Supply Chain Process and Project Manager.

Experience and Competencies:

We are looking for a Customer Service, Order-to-Cash, or Supply Chain professional who can act as a trusted systems expert, support training and knowledge-sharing activities, and contribute to process improvement and transformation projects.
