Job summary

Huntsman is seeking a Junior Supply Planner in Kraków to manage a dedicated product portfolio, align supply with customer demand, and work with production sites and Customer Service teams to ensure on-time delivery. You will participate in planning meetings, identify risks, and support improvements in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have a supply chain background, SAP experience, fluent English, and strong analytical and communication skills to drive accurate supply plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 2 years of professional experience in an international manufacturing environment.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, planning or customer service.
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Fluent in English.
• Hands-on experience with SAP.
• Excel proficiency and analytical mindset.
• Ability to identify risks, solve problems and adapt to change.
• Strong coordination and communication across stakeholders.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand business impact.

Responsibilities

• Managing a dedicated portfolio of products and materials within the business.
• Maintaining and adjusting supply plans based on demand, material availability and production constraints.
• Monitoring product availability and proactively identifying supply risks, shortages and delivery constraints.
• Participating in regular planning and alignment meetings with production sites.
• Communicating supply risks, availability issues and plan changes to Customer Service and Customer Facing teams.
• Supporting the delivery of excellent customer service by ensuring timely and accurate supply information.

Junior Supply Planner

Huntsman's Advanced Materials Supply Chain team is looking for a Junior Supply Planner to join our Customer Facing organization in Krakow.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of products supporting our Automotive business across EMEA. You will play a key role in ensuring product availability, aligning supply with customer requirements and proactively identifying risks that could impact delivery performance.

Working closely with production sites, Customer Service teams and other Supply Chain stakeholders, you will help translate customer demand into feasible supply plans while supporting operational decision-making in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in supply planning while working in a highly collaborative, customer-focused organization undergoing an exciting business transformation.

Role Responsibilities:
