Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to design, develop and implement cloud‑based marketing solutions for international clients.

You will build campaigns and customer journeys using AMPscript, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and integrate with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs. The role involves performance monitoring, issue resolution and working in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience designing, developing and maintaining Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Proficient in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and use them regularly in project work.
• Hands‑on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder and Data Extensions.
• Experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Understanding best practices for developing, testing and maintaining marketing automation solutions.
• Interest in emerging technologies, including AI to automate processes and increase productivity.
• Understanding data in marketing processes with experience in audience segmentation and data management.
• Very good English; capable to collaborate in international environments and Agile/Scrum teams.
• Team player who can also make independent decisions and analyze technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for international clients.
• Build marketing campaigns, customer journeys and dynamic email communications using AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Implement marketing automation processes using Journey Builder, Automation Studio and Contact Builder.
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems, CRM platforms and data platforms using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Support campaign analysis, monitor performance and optimize existing marketing solutions.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to platform functionality.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with consultants, architects and project teams working in an Agile environment.
