Citi Solutions Center Poland is seeking a Sanction Screening Junior Analyst of Supporting Documentation. You will review and classify documentation from clients in line with sanctions regulations and Citi standards, collaborating with global teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English (B2 or higher).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work under time pressure with changing environment.
• Team player with effective communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure transactions are processed efficiently
• Handle ad-hoc requests such as data analysis, preparation of reports
• Participation in tests of applications scheduled outside of working hours
• Cooperation and daily communication with other Citi branches globally
• Extraction and classification of data from supplementary documentation in accordance with sanctions regulations and Citi standards
• Disposition of sanction matches in accordance with sanctions regulations and Citi standards
• Participate in projects and initiatives, take part in regular courses
