Job summary

ASC Global in Warsaw, Poland is seeking recent graduates to join our sales team in an in-office role. You will learn to run your own desk, prospect new B2B customers across Europe and internationally, and handle the full deal cycle with mentorship from day one.

No prior sales experience is required; we look for a competitive background from sports or academics, a drive to earn via uncapped commissions, and a quick learner who can adapt to CRM tools and Excel.

Qualifications

• Competitive background in sports, esports, or similar high-pressure environment.
• Fluent business English, spoken and written.
• Basic Excel skills and willingness to learn CRM tools.
• Polish and other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn to run your own sales desk with a mentor from day one.
• Prospect and win new B2B customers across Europe and internationally.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotes and follow-up - owning the full deal cycle.
• Source hard-to-find and urgent parts through our global supplier network.
• Get hands-on training in pricing, negotiation and protecting margin.
• Track market shortages and excess stock, and start turning them into opportunities.
• Work alongside our global purchasing, sales and operations teams.

ASC Global has been an independent distributor of electronic components since 1996. We're growing our Warsaw sales team and looking for recent graduates who know what it takes to compete and win - on the field, on the court, at the table, wherever - and want to bring that instinct into B2B sales, with real earning potential from year one.

How you qualify

We don't require sales experience. What we're looking for is a competitive background: team sports, individual sports, esports, debate, academic competition - any environment where you've trained hard, competed under pressure, and pushed yourself to win. If you know how to show up, compete, and bounce back from a loss, we'll teach you everything else about sales and the components market.

What you'll be doing
