Job summary

YouGov CP Poland Sp. z.o.o. is seeking a Junior Consultant – Retail to drive customer service for YouGov Shopper clients, develop sales, and build lasting partnerships. You will contribute to local brand visibility and work within a hybrid model.

The role emphasizes delivering tailored data tools, presenting analyses, and collaborating with Data Analysts to support business decisions while growing in the market research field.

Qualifications

• Higher education preferred in economics, marketing, management, sociology, psychology or quantitative methods.
• Polish fluency and strong English (B2) mandatory.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with data presentation.
• Analytical thinking with ability to derive operational recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Business development by offering tailored solutions to client needs.
• Prepare sales offers and conduct self-driven or team-assisted sales.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver tailored data tools for business decisions.
• Identify new areas to support the client’s business, solo or with team.
• Translate client needs into solutions and coordinate with Data Analysts and Project Execution Teams.
