Job summary

Glovo in Poland is seeking a Senior Brand Ads/Retail Media Account Manager to drive retail media revenues and deliver tailored marketing solutions for FMCG brands in a fast-paced quick-commerce environment.

You will build media offerings, plan integrated campaigns, and analyze performance to maximize business impact, working with Sales, E-commerce, Marketing, and Trade Marketing teams. Fluent Polish and English required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in media, product marketing, retail media, or market strategy.
• Strong understanding of the e-commerce and retail media ecosystem.
• Experience in building media offerings and value propositions for brands.
• Experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Experience working directly with FMCG brands and understanding their marketing/trade budget structures.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with FMCG brands and strategic partners.
• Create and sell retail media and promotional solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital.
• Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide optimization recommendations based on KPIs and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, E-commerce, Marketing, and Trade Marketing.
• Support brands in effectively managing marketing and trade budgets within the retail ecosystem.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business growth opportunities in retail media.
