Qualifications

• Preferred higher education in Economics, Marketing, Management, Sociology, Psychology or Quantitative Methods.
• Fluent Polish with very good English (B2).
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for data presentation.
• Ability to analyze numbers and derive operational recommendations.
• Experience presenting results to clients and leading meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop business by tailoring solutions to client needs independently or with team support.
• Prepare sales offers and present them to clients or with supervisor.
• Build long-term client relationships by delivering relevant data and tools.
• Identify new areas of support for clients, alone or with team.
• Translate client needs into solutions and coordinate with Data Analysts for implementation.
• Collaborate with Advanced Solutions Team on market research projects.
• Ensure documentation continuity (agreements, offers, contracts, financial docs).
• Present analyses and recommendations to clients and agree on details.
