Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Group Services Poland is seeking a SAP Key User with German to join our accounting team in Krakow. You will oversee SAP S4/HANA interfaces, monitor errors, and support authorization management for colleagues.

The role offers mobile working (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) and flexible start times (06:00–10:00). Central Krakow location with good transport connections enhances daily operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in economics or comparable field.
• Initial professional experience in AIF error handling and/or authorization management.
• Accounting skills focusing on purchase to pay desirable.
• Knowledge of business administration contexts and purchase accounting processes desirable.
• Good MS Office skills; SAP MM/FI desirable.
• German language at A2/B1 level.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ERP Interfaces in SAP S4/HANA.
• Monitor interfaces and handle errors in a timely manner.
• Derive improvements to increase interface quality.
• Authorization management support and user access coordination.
• Requesting and monitoring authorizations for new and existing colleagues.
• Role monitoring within the area of responsibility and CIP contributions.

These are your tasks:

• Responsible for ERP Interfaces in SAP S4/HANA
• Ensuring suitable and sustainable interface monitoring and timely error handling
• Derivation of measures for sustainable improvement of quality in the interface environment
• Authorization Management Support
• Requesting and monitoring authorizations for new and existing colleagues
• Role monitoring within area of Responsibility
• Continuous improvement of processes (CIP)
• First contact for accounting operations, functional departments and internal/ external auditors

• Possibility of mobile working - currently 2 days presence and 3 days possibility to work remotely.
