Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Group Services Poland in Krakow is hiring for a Purchase Requisition Services role. You will manage and process purchase requisitions, create SAP MM entries, and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely orders.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer service, procurement or finance, strong MS Excel skills, and German (B2) with English (B1). The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and central office access.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in Customer Service, Procurement, or Finance.
• SAP knowledge (MM) is a plus.
• German (B2) and English (B1) language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process purchase requisitions with meticulous attention to detail.
• Create and manage purchase requisitions in SAP MM.
• Assess procurement needs and determine commissioning requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders via email and telephone.
• Collaborate with Supply Management and Purchasing during escalations.
• Support creation of work instructions and guidelines.
• Drive CIP to enhance efficiency.
