Mercedes-Benz Group Services Poland is seeking a Junior Purchase Requisition Specialist with German to join our Krakow team. You will handle requisition creation in SAP MM, coordinate with stakeholders, and support process improvements within a hybrid work setup.

The role requires initial experience in Customer Service, Procurement, or Finance, with German (≥ B2) and English (≥ B1) proficiency. A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Procurement, or Finance is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• German language (minimum B2) and English (B1) communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and a collaborative mindset.

Responsabilités

• Manage and process purchase requisitions with attention to detail.
• Create and manage requisitions in SAP MM, ensuring smooth workflow to PO.
• Assess procurement needs, delivery performance and commissioning requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders via email and phone to coordinate activities.
• Collaborate with Supply Management during escalations and track orders.
• Support creation of work instructions and guidelines for requisitions.
• Drive CIP to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Responsibilities:

• Precision in Process:Manage and process purchase requisitions with meticulous attention to detail.
• SAP Expertise:Create and manage purchase requisitions in SAP (module MM), ensuring smooth workflow to the final purchase order.
• Procurement Verification:Assess procurement needs, delivery performance, and determine commissioning requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication:Engage with stakeholders via email and telephone to ensure seamless operations.
• Order Coordination:Collaborate with Supply Management and Purchasing (IPS) during escalations or deviations, actively track orders, and ensure swift cycle times.
• Guideline Development:Support the creation of work instructions and guidelines for purchase requisitions.
• Continuous Improvement:Drive process improvements (CIP) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
