Qualifications

• Fluency in German (minimum B2) for daily business communication.

• Professional experience in a corporate environment, preferably in Procurement or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Process and create Indirect Purchase Requisitions from internal employees across departments/countries.
• Create Direct Purchase Orders for goods and/or services to external suppliers.
• Perform quality audits of requirements and documentation.
• Support internal partners with Purchase Requisition creation.
• Respond to queries from internal employees about Procurement processes.
• Support tasks related to Plant Maintenance, e.g. Purchase Info Records creation/update.
• Respond to stakeholders’ training and reporting requests.
