Mercedes-Benz Group Services Poland invites you to join our accounting team in Kraków as a SAP/Finance Interfaces Specialist. You will own ERP interfaces in SAP S/4HANA, monitor interfaces, and drive improvements in the purchase-to-pay and general accounting domains.

We offer hybrid work (2 days on site, 3 days remote), flexible start times, an open corporate culture, and a central Kraków location with strong transport links. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualificações

• Education: Degree in economics or comparable.
• Initial professional experience in AIF error handling and/or authorization management.
• Accounting skills focusing on purchase to pay desirable.
• Knowledge of business administration contexts and process structures in purchase accounting desirable.
• Good handling of MS Office, experience with SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA (MM/FI) desirable.
• English C1 and German A2/B1.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for ERP Interfaces in SAP S4/HANA.
• Ensuring suitable and sustainable interface monitoring and timely error handling.
• Derivation of measures for sustainable improvement of quality in the interface environment.
• SAP Application Interface Framework (AIF) error handling / monitoring.
• Authorization Management Support.
• Requesting and monitoring authorizations for new and existing colleagues.
• Role monitoring within area of Responsibility.
• Continuous improvement of processes (CIP).
• First contact for accounting operations, functional departments and internal/external auditors.
