Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (written and oral).
• English knowledge at least B2 (written and oral).
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong teamwork and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and support creation of Purchase Orders.
• Verify data, contact the client and support process steps.
• Participate in calls with the client providing updates on the process.
• Support best practice by providing proactive assistance to stakeholders.
