Job summary

Arcadis is seeking ambitious students or recent graduates for a Junior Project Coordinator role on a major Battery Energy Storage System project in Gryfino. You will support delivery across construction and infrastructure tasks, coordinating documentation, scheduling, and reporting alongside engineers and planners.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in construction projects, energy infrastructure, or project management.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good command of Polish and English.
• Availability to work from the project site in Gryfino.
• Previous internship or construction-related experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams in the delivery of exciting construction and infrastructure projects.
• Assist with project coordination, documentation, and scheduling activities.
• Help prepare reports, meeting notes, and project updates.
• Work closely with engineers, planners, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Participate in site visits and gain practical experience in project delivery.
• Learn how large-scale projects are managed from planning through construction.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and collaborative working environment.
