Job summary

Reality Games Polska S.A. in Kraków is seeking a motivated project manager to coordinate cross‑functional teams in a mobile gaming environment. You’ll partner with the Product Owner, maintain plans, docs, and statuses, and ensure timely delivery.

You will monitor KPIs, gather user feedback, plan marketing activities, verify language versions, and create product strategies. Flexible hours and remote work options are available; a friendly team awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience with Confluence, Jira, Mattermost, Firebase.
• Ability to close projects on time.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience in gaming/mobile app industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create project documentation and co-create tasks for the team.
• Monitor selected KPIs daily and report status.
• Contribute to product strategy/roadmap planning.
• Monitor user feedback and communicate with players.
• Plan marketing activities (promotion, tournaments, etc.).
• Verify language versions for key markets.

Your job will be to work as a facilitator, keeping different departments abreast of things and making sure that all the pieces come together. You should merge business knowledge with a passion for games!

You will be working closely with the Product Owner to maintain comprehensive project plans, documentation, and statuses throughout the life of the projects; proactively and continuously follow up with all project participants and track statuses; participate in all team meetings, and be responsible for reporting project statuses; work collaboratively with all stakeholders; perform multiple tasks and duties as assigned by Product Owner.

Responsibilities

• Creating project documentation, and co-creating tasks for the team;
• Daily monitoring of selected KPIs;
• Participation in the creation of a product strategy/roadmap;
• Monitoring of user feedback, and communication with players;
• Planning marketing activities (promotion, tournaments, etc.);
• Verification of language versions for key markets;

Requirements

• Experience with Confluence, Jira, Mattermost, Firebase;
• Ability to close projects on time;
• Knowledge of Miro, Figma;
• Knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace;
• Education / knowledge in the field of mobile gaming, digital marketing, agile development will be a plus;
• Experience in the gaming / mobile application industry will be a plus.
