Job description

HYBRID WORK MODEL:

3 DAYS PER WEEK (60%) IN OUR WROCLAW OFFICE AND 2 DAYS REMOTE

About us:

Hi, we are Ten Square Games. We are on a mission of giving players excellent outdoor experiences on their mobiles. With global hits, such as Fishing Clash, we make the best of technology, fun, and fair play. With 77 million registered players in 2024 and 300+ people on board, we keep growing and learning. If you like to explore the unknown and know how to own it, we want to work with you!

What is this job all about?:

Are you a recent graduate obsessed with gaming and curious about what makes a hit title tick? Welcome to our Product Management Rotational Program - a selective, fast-paced, 12-month immersive experience where you will work directly on live game development teams.

The Mission: 3 Products. 4 Months Each. Limitless Growth.

Over the course of one year, you will rotate through three product teams for four months each. You’ll experience different team dynamics, lifecycle stages (from concept to live-ops), and monetization strategies - building a massive internal network along the way.

We want a proactive, data-driven thinker focused on impact. Experience isn't everything - your mindset matters most. A passion for gaming and a strong understanding of player behavior are essential.

Job responsibilities:
Stay Ahead with Data:
  • Know your players: Analyze their behaviors and trends to make smarter product choices.
  • Watch the numbers: Track key KPIs, spot opportunities, and keep your games winning.
  • Test, tweak, succeed: Run A/B tests, optimize game mechanics, and boost monetization.
  • Be ahead of the competition: Keep an eye on market trends and identify opportunities.
Make a Real Impact:
  • Set clear, measurable goals and achieve them.
  • Listen to your players — implement feedback to boost satisfaction and engagement.
  • Evaluate product changes through data and quickly optimize for retention, engagement, and monetization.
Bring Ideas to Life:
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Product: Set sprint goals and turn ideas into achievable tasks.
  • Work alongside the Producer: Fine-tune features, plan releases, and keep things moving smoothly.
  • Be the backbone of your team: Support them, give clear feedback, and ensure flawless launches.
Why should you join us?:

Direct Impact: You contribute to real games that reach real players from day one.

Accelerated Learning: What takes most PMs years to learn across companies, you will learn here in 12 months.

A Permanent Future: Upon successful completion of the program, the goal is to transition you into a permanent, full-time Product Manager role on the team that fits you best.

What are we looking for?:
  • University degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics or a related field — comfortable working with data and using numbers to support decisions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — enjoy digging into data, spotting patterns, and turning insights into action.
  • Goal-oriented, well-organized, and highly efficient — thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — build relationships, collaborate across teams, and explain complex ideas simply.
  • Proactive and accountable — take initiative and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Curious and creative mindset — challenge assumptions, test hypotheses, and explore new ideas.
  • Strong business acumen — connect the dots between data, strategy, and business outcomes.
  • Solid technical skills — confident using Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Tableau and SQL is a strong plus.
