Job summary

Reality Games in Kraków is seeking a seasoned Game Project Manager to plan and lead a development team for a mobile game with 3M+ downloads. You will drive the roadmap, manage budgets, and communicate progress to stakeholders, while staying agile and results-focused.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure on-time delivery, and adapt plans as needed. A strong background in apps/games project leadership and a proactive, collaborative mindset are essential.

• Real experience managing technical people through complex development.
• Proven ability to close projects on time.
• Strong convictions on where product should go next.
• Ability to listen and understand differing opinions from direct reports, colleagues, manager and senior management.

To plan and lead a team of developers for an established mobile game that has generated over 3M+ downloads world-wide. You’ll be delivering high-quality projects, in-line with product roadmap milestones and within product budget. You will be tracking project progress and clearly communicating said progress within your team and to stakeholders. You will be agile in your problem solving and steadfast in your resolve to get things done.

RESPONSIBILITIES AT THIS POSITION

• Contributor to product backlog nomination & roadmap building;

• Delivery of roadmap (ie. quality, finished products - on-time);

• Be able to plan and effectively communicate plans to all team members;

• Be able to keep upper management informed of development progress to plan;

• Effectively lead production team, enabling strong cooperation, resolution of conflicts and continual growth of team and members
