WiP Jobs Recruitment in Kraków, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Poland is hiring a Junior Procurement Process Specialist PORTUGUESE Speaker. The role focuses on processing routine Purchase Requisitions and issuing Purchase Orders, with a strong emphasis on customer service and timely delivery.

English B2 and Portuguese C1 are required, along with basic MS Excel and excellent communication. No professional experience is needed; extensive trainings and online onboarding are provided to grow your skills.

Responsibilities

• Processing routine Purchase Requisitions (reviews PRs for compliance, releases completed Purchase Orders for approval).
• Managing routine free-text requisitions where no competitive bidding is required.
• Amending or closing Purchase Orders.
• Customer focused service towards the client.
• Transmitting POs to suppliers and expediting delivery when needed/requested.
