Capgemini Polska is seeking a Swedish- and English-speaking analyst to support the resolution of operational and process-related issues within an international environment. You will investigate cases, analyze root causes, and coordinate solutions ensuring quality service delivery and adherence to SLAs.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Competenze

• Fluent Swedish and English at B2/C1 level.

Your role

Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will contribute to efficient problem resolution, maintain accurate documentation, and support continuous process improvement initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to develop analytical skills, build process knowledge, and collaborate within an international environment.
