Capgemini Polska is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Kraków to support recruitment and HR operations. You will work with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth candidate experience and efficient processes.

You’ll contribute to recruitment administration, reporting, and continuous improvement while developing expertise in Talent Acquisition operations, with a hybrid work model and access to extensive training and wellbeing resources.

Qualifications

• Very good French skills and good English skills.
• Positive and collaborative team-player attitude.
• Interest in Talent Acquisition and HR processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Previous experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or customer service will be an advantage.

Your role

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support the delivery of recruitment and HR operational processes for our clients. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders, you will help ensure a smooth candidate experience and efficient process execution. You will contribute to recruitment administration, reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives while developing your expertise in Talent Acquisition operations.

Your tasks
