Job summary

Euronet Payments Infrastructure in Warsaw is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Controlling team at the Euronet EFT Segment, driving timely, accurate insights into business performance to support strategic decisions.

You'll participate in month-end close, budgeting and forecasting, and partner with local and regional finance teams to deliver actionable analyses, with clear career development opportunities in a dynamic, multinational setting.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration or Finance.
• Experience in multinational organizations or audit firms preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the company's reporting and controlling process
• Support financial team in achieving business goals
• Active participation in month-end close, budgeting/forecasting activities
• Provide accurate insight by analyzing variances and monthly performance reports
• Ad hoc analysis
• Business partnership with country management and sales teams
• Participate in finance projects
• Develop analytical tools and forecasting models
• Initiate efficiency opportunities
• Contribute to financial and internal audit
