Job summary

Instant Impact is seeking a Junior Business Researcher to join the Business Insights team in Cracow, Poland. You will deliver market intelligence, competitor insights and commercially focused analysis to support strategic growth across a global network.

You will work at the intersection of research, analytics and business development, producing reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI, while collaborating with international offices and senior stakeholders. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

Degree or professional qualification in Business, Marketing, Information Management, Finance, Economics or related.
Experience conducting business, market, commercial or investment research.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify insights from complex information.
Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and data analysis.
Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Fluent English in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

Conduct market, competitor, jurisdictional, sector and target company research.
Analyse internal and external data to identify market trends and opportunities.
Produce research reports, briefing papers and presentations for senior stakeholders.
Support business development through target analysis and meeting materials.
Monitor competitor activity and market developments across key regions.
Develop dashboards and visualisations using Excel and Power BI.
Collaborate with international offices to deliver actionable insights.
Manage multiple projects with accuracy and quality.
