Instant Impact is representing a leading global Financial Services firm in Kraków, seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Client Role department. The role focuses on driving financial performance, budgeting, forecasting and data-led planning across multiple jurisdictions.

You will develop financial models, deliver monthly management reports, and partner with business leaders to provide actionable insights, contributing to strategic decision-making and continuous FP&A improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering or Financial Controlling.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting and management reporting experience.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • Ability to translate complex financial information into clear commercial insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working within a multinational or complex business environment.
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal.
  • Exposure to Power BI or other BI tools would be advantageous.
  • Experience within private equity-backed, professional services or high-growth organisations would be beneficial.

The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join a growing international professional services organisation.

Operating within a fast-paced and commercially driven environment, our client provides specialist services to leading financial institutions, investment managers and corporate clients across multiple jurisdictions. As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a commercially minded finance professional who can help drive financial performance, support strategic decision-making and enhance FP&A capability across the organisation.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and improving FP&A processes, developing reporting capabilities and driving a more data-led approach to business planning and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
