Job summary

Avon Polska is seeking a junior in-house lawyer to support the Legal Team with day-to-day advisory for Avon entities in Poland. You will draft, review and negotiate contracts, advise on EU consumer law and supervise marketing, e-commerce and pricing matters.

Collaboration with HR and cross-country teams is essential. The role requires a Master’s degree in law (Poland), at least 3 years’ experience (in-house preferred), fluent English, and strong business-oriented communication.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in law (Poland) required.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including in-house.
• Fluent English; Polish bar admission is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts (purchase/sale terms, NDAs, distribution, manufacturing, logistics).
• Advise on EU consumer law and review marketing, e-commerce, and Omnibus pricing.
• Support sales and omnichannel teams with legal reviews and documents.
• Cooperate with HR to ensure PL/EU labour law compliance.
• Translate regulatory changes into practical Avon Poland implementations; support corporate governance.
