EY GDS Poland invites talented juniors to join NextGen Talent Internship as Junior Java Engineer with German. Location Katowice: 2 days in office, 3 days remote, in an international insurance tech context.

You will develop in Java, Guidewire, with exposure to AI tools, mentoring, and a structured learning journey; the program combines hands-on projects with career development in a global EY network.

Qualifications

• Clear and concise communication with customers and team members.
• Eagerness to learn and improve software development skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong German language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement project activities.
• Complete assigned tasks on time and report status to Lead.
